What can I order?
You may order all items shown on our website. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website please feel free to have the company request it on our Product Placement Application.

Can I order a Cross Bone Outfitters gift cards?
We are working on adding this feature to out customers. At the moment we do not offer gift cards. Please check back later.
How can I pay?
You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card or American Express. We also accept PayPal.
**Note: If there are any billing issues with your order, you will be notified via e-mail. If we do not receive a response to the e-mail within a 48-hour time period, the order will be cancelled. Cross Bone Outfitters may require additional information from you before we can process your order. We will contact you via the phone if this is necessary.
Do you have a U.S. military discount?
Cross Bone Outfitters is honored to be able to provide our U.S. military service men and women with a 15% discount on all orders. We will ask that a current, valid military ID be sent or a copy of your DD214 if you are no longer serving, for verification purposes. Once this information is provided you are set to receive your 15% discount on all orders from Cross Bone Outfitters. Thank you all for your invaluable service to our country and sacrifice for our freedom.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What happens if I don’t receive my package?
USPS shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Cross Bone Outfitters will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Note: Cross Bone Outfitters will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.
Defective Products
Cross Bone Outfitters wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective either from the manufacturer or Cross Bone Outfitters. All products should be shipped back to Cross Bone Outfitters where our quality control department will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Cross Bone Outfitters standards and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money, or contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received.
